My list of responsibilities for these live production events was to ensure that our audio and video systems were implemented correctly in order to maximize control over our broadcasts. This involves configuring and utilizing audio/video capture software & hardware so that I could operate every aspect of the event. By incorporating a Dante Audio Network infrastructure into an SDI environment, in combination with hardware such as the Behringer X32 Sound Mixer (and by extension, X32 Edit Software) the limitations for what is possible are endless.
I was also responsible for creating responsive, intricate control surfaces that would allow me to have agency over every aspect of our production utilizing Streamdecks, as you will see below. This software (BitFocus Companion) takes advantage of the implented capture infrastructure (BlackMagic ATEM & Video Hub Capture, X32 & Dante Audio) and allows for refined and polished control over all aspects of the production event.
Having been a part of these productions at the ground level, I have also been responsible for set design, technical support in both audio & video, talent management and run of show.
